Bishop Luther and First Lady Beatriz are the pastors for Eyes on God International Fellowship of Ministries. The ministry has been a fixture within the City of Rialto for over a decade. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the ministry has moved online and is now reaching hearts around the world.
